全体教师:

针对前阶段校本课程过程组织混乱无序的现状,上周三(5.16)校长室出台了《关于规范周五校本课程各项常规的若干要求》,提醒全体教师关注校本课程的各项常规,上周五(5.18)下午,学校行政分组对全校校本课程课前、课中、课后的常规执行情况进行了专项调研,现将调研情况结合《规范要求》反馈如下:

前移阶段

1、班主任对照期初《校本课程选班安排表》,按选修课程类别分组,选派责任心强、有一定管理能力的学生作为组长,明确每组的组长,组员有几人、分别是谁。

2、就校本课程课上下课的常规对组长和组员进行专题培训和要求(参见下表)。

1、班主任没有按要求对走班学生进行分组,设置组长等;

2、学生奔跑喧闹现象仍比较普遍;

3、有多个班级学生到班迟到;

4、部分班级上课老师没有点名,甚至没有带点名册和教案就进班上课,准备很不充分;

5、部分班级上课窗帘拉得很严实,不知道在组织什么活动。

校本课程课

前一节课后

1、班主任组织各小组整队、清点人数,组长带队;

2、各组在组长带领下有序走到选修地点,杜绝奔跑、喧哗等不文明言行。

校本课程

课时

1、上课前,任课教师询问各班小组长到班人数,有无缺席,如有要问清原因。

2、上课教师要提前精心备课、准备相关材料,认真组织教学,坚决杜绝坐着上课、以观看视频替代教学等现象。

1、学生课堂纪律、状态不佳,尤其非学科类课堂纪律比较松散,学生课堂行为很随意;

2、学科类课程主要以做试卷、讲试卷为主,形式很单一,缺乏趣味性和系统性。

注:外教英语班助教吕佳蔚、宣承阳、陈鲜媛老师能认真协助外教看班、上课。

校本课程

课下课后

1、上课教师及时下课(尤其第二节课后有广播操);

2、凡在博雅楼上课的,任课老师要组织全班学生排队,并带队至学生所在年级的楼层,学生解散、小组有序回班,不能任由学生冲回自己教室!

1、两节课后,三、四、五年级大多数班主任进班拖拉,有的甚至音乐响过之后5分钟才慢悠悠地走到教室门口;有的到班后没有第一时间组织学生排队,排队效率很低,以至于广播操三年级有3个班级进场迟到,有1个班级没有班主任带队。

2、博雅楼上课班级,学生回班没有任课老师带队至各班楼层。

针对以上情况,请全体教师再次对《校本课程常规要求》加以学习,并逐项落实到位,本周起,学校将对校本课程上课的常规采用随机抽查的形式进行调研,尤其对前期存在问题的班级和教师将进行跟踪调研,对没有整改、整改不到位的班级和老师将视为“违反课堂教学常规”进行处理!请全体教师重视校本课程的上课常规和实施质量!
